TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WOODMAN INN GOLD CIRCLE REWARDS CARD
To obtain The Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card, an application form must be filled out on your visit so as to activate your card and allow your points to be added to your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card.
You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK to obtain the Woodman Inn Rewards Card.
Your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card is issued by us and remains our property. You can use your Rewards Card within the Woodman Inn, It is not a credit card, debit card or charge card. You must not use your Rewards Card for commercial purposes.
You can start collecting Rewards Points as soon as you pick up your card, fill out the application form and present it when you make your first purchase.
From this point, every time you present your card you will be able to earn points on your qualifying food and drink purchases.
You will earn one point for each complete 5 pounds spent on qualifying food and drink purchases less any discounts, vouchers or gratuities.
For points to be awarded to your account at the time of purchase, your Rewards Card needs to be presented at the time of payment. Points are calculated on your total spend, less any gratuities, vouchers, offers or discounts. Points will be awarded to The Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card presented at point of purchase and the card can only be swiped once per transaction.
Members can check how many points have accrued every time the Rewards Card is swiped by a member of staff at the point of purchase system.
Points can only be collected, held and redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any points obtained or used outside of these Terms & Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.
Points have no cash value. Redeemed points cannot be used again. Points are personal to the individual card holder and cannot be grouped with points earned by another individual and redeemed together.
Points cannot be transferred to others or used for commercial purposes.
We may forfeit your accrued points, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem points if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card, or if you supply false or misleading information.
Where you redeem a £20 Food voucher, these can only be issued once. All vouchers are available for a one-time use only. Vouchers must not be reproduced copied or modified in any way. Once Issued Vouchers are valid for 12 months, unless stated otherwise. Any specific or additional conditions regarding the redemption of the vouchers will be stated on The Woodman Inn website or otherwise notified to you.
Cash value vouchers cannot be redeemed for drink only purchases.
Vouchers must be presented with a membership card for discounts or offers to be applied to your purchase.
Vouchers must be presented at the point of payment.
No change can be given from vouchers.
No cash alternative is available and the decision of the restaurant manager is final.
Once a voucher has been printed, its value in points will be deducted from your available reward balance whether or not the voucher is redeemed. It is your responsibility to keep the voucher safe and present it at the time of transaction. You may not be able to re-print lost or damaged vouchers.
Your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card does not have an expiry date. However, points are valid for a period of 24 months from the date they are collected.
We reserve the right to remove any points from your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card which is inactive for 12 months.
Expired points cannot be transferred to a new card or redeemed or reinstated.
You have the right to cancel your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards membership at any time by contacting us by telephone on (01707) 650502 or by email to email@example.com.
If you cancel your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards membership you will lose the right to redeem all unused points.
In the event that you lose your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card you will need to collect a new card directly from the restaurant or alternatively you contact the restaurant on (01707) 650502 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to allocate a new card to your account. Failure to do so will mean your points are not awarded to your account.
Complaints regarding any element of The Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Membership service should be sent in writing or by email to Customer Services, The Woodman Inn, 21 Warrengate Rd, North Mymms, Hatfield, AL9 7TT.
When you register your Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your email address, telephone number, name, address, and date of birth. Any information which is marked as mandatory must be provided in order for us to process your account.
We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions of The Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card you are giving permission to be contacted about the scheme and its benefits by email, post or mobile phone. We will contact you from time to time in relation to The Woodman Inn Rewards Card. We will do so in accordance with the contact methods provided when you registered your card. You may update your preferences from time to time.
If you wish to change your contact permissions, once your account is activated, you can do so by following the unsubscribe link on emails received.
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms & Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Woodman Inn Rewards Card programme on reasonable notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be available at www.thewoodmaninn.com and may also be notified to you by other means such as email or post. Accordingly, you should visit this page from time to time to check whether there have been any amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to the use of a Woodman Inn Gold Circle Rewards Card will at all times be the current version of the Terms & Conditions published on the Woodman Inn website (http://www.thewoodmaninn.com/) and your continued use of a Woodman Inn Reward Card shall constitute your acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions.
